For consistency all units are inches.Clock Drive Gear slotted NO SUPPORT.stl This drive gear fits directly onto the threaded shaft hour-hand shaft to the craft-store clock mechanism. Slip it onto the shaft and tighten it with the threaded brass ring from the clock kit.Clock Base div4.stl In case the 10 inch wheel is too big for your printer, this version is divided into 4 pieces. The joins are beveled so the drive gear moves smoothly from one section to another, and the numbered tabs act as splices to bridge each joint.Clock Seconds Gear.stl This a decorative cap attaches to the original second-hand from the clock kit, attaching to the shaft through the hole in the Clock Drive Gear. Re-uploaded 17 Oct 2011 to fix orientation for hobby 3D printers.Clock Mechanism Mount cutout.stl The craft store clock movement has a built-in wall hook, so this Mechanism Mount has a cutout to accomodate it.Clock_Mechanism_Mount_Pendulum.stl For clock movement kits with a pendulum, this mount has been enlarged and has openings at the top and bottom to accommodate the built in wall-hook and pendulum associated with Clock Movement Kits that have a powered pendulum.Clock_Gear_Pendulum.stl This is a gear-themed pendulum that hooks onto the pendulum hanger on a Clock Movement kit that has a powered pendulum.Clock_Drive_Gear_r2.stp A CAD representation of the drive gear for customization in case my revisions don't suit your needs...or if you've got some novel ideas to add!Clock_Drive_Gear.dxf is a DXF cross-section of the drive gear for customization, just in case your CAD program can't read the previous STEP file. Also useful if you want to build an accessory with OpenSCAD.
