This is a simple one-piece rack to hold Keurig k-cup coffee containers. Just slide 5 k-cups into the groove on the back of the stand. The holes let you see the labels of the pods. This thing uses virtually the entire width of the Replicator 2 build plate. So it might be a test of the levelness of the platform. It is too tall to print upright, so keep it on its back as shown in the picture. Printed with PLA using the 'standard' settings in MakerWare, but with 25% fill, 0.2 layer height, 2 shells, and increased speed while traveling to 175mm/s (because of the large distance to traveled). Does not require raft or support. (The "ridge" on the back, which holds the lip of the k-cup, has a minimal overhang with chamfers to better adhere to 45 degree rule.) With these settings, on my printer, the object took 1 hr 14 min to print, and weighs 18 g. Once printed, just slide up to 5 k-cups (i.e., a sampler pack) into the rails. If the k-cup is 'ballooning' out, you may need to press it against the rack in order to slide it into the groove.
