Here is a slide unit for a LME8UU ball bushing. I am using mine on my Aluminum Mendel 3D printer (which is still under construction).I just realized that when I exported this part from Inventor that I exported in CMs instead of MMs, so when you go to slice the STL file be sure to scale up the part times 10 in order to fix this. I also recommend printing this part at 100% fill to ensure strength and durability. I included the G-Code file so you can download that and be ready to print right away. Finally, when inserting the LME8UU it will require a vise because it is a very tight thing (which is a good thing). If you do not have access to a vise I recommend scaling up the part about .1-.2% or making the hole a little bigger in Inventor.
