This is a derivative of thing:53586 Keep the bugs and crap out of your EVSE plug with this nifty thing. A simple dust cap along with a hole for a string/cord to keep it tied to the plug. I use PLA because it is easy to use. I also use PLA outdoors, but it does bend if put under pressure while in the hot sun.
