This is a body shell mounting kit for the OpenRC 1:10 4WD Truggy to fix Thunder Tiger 190mm Sparrowhawk VX/DX body shells such as the Impreza body as shown here (Thunder Tiger #: PD8283 PNTD BODY IMPREZA 190mm) to the OpenRC Truggy chassis. Print with 0.2 - 0.27mm layer height and 50-100% infill (2x Front pin, 1 of each rear pins). Open the screw holes to 3mm and the retaining clip holes to 2mm with a drill if necessary and install the pins on the shock towers (outermost hole) with a M3 screw and nut (4x M3x12 + 4x M3 Nut). Position the body shell on the frame and use a light to shine from the bottom into the shell. The point where the pin touches the shell will be clearly visible. Mark the point and drill 5.5mm holes into the shell at the marked position. Install shell and check for clearance. In my case, due to the large tires, the front wheel well had to be enlarged. Use small scissors to enlarge the area around the wheel as necessary. Finally fix the shell in place with RC Car body clips.
