The old Gen6 electronics isn't able to switch off the print bed heating after your print is done.This upgrade enables the printer to switch off the print bed heating by its own:Video: http://youtu.be/Ox5Y_A9-fRcParts:-Print -Insert nuts into nut traps inside casing (might be a tight fit) -Attach two wires to your switch -Pull wires through hole in the back of the casing -Snap switch in, make sure "0" points down. -Attach casing to the top of the right z-smooth bar. (see photo) -Adjust position so that the x-carriage reaches the switch when at max x position. -Add to your end-g-code (for skeinforge/sfact: .../alterations/end.gmc): G1 X195 F7000.0 ;Replace 195 with your max x position -Connect wires between power supply and print bed heaterComments/suggestions are appreciated.
