This is a recut of sitts314's excellent TOS enterprise model. I was having problem printing the saucer without warping causing serious problems at smaller scales, so I broke off the saucer and sliced it horizontally. This requires more assembly, but makes the saucer look better. I also recut the nacelles and pylons, which should make that assembly slightly easier.I've been focusing all my prints on relatively small scale, and as a result, assembly will require some sanding/filing to get all the pieces to fit together properly. The smaller the model, the more work to assemble. Also try to make your slicer of choice output as thin of bottom layer possible. There are simplified versions of the amplifier and dish that will be easier to print at small sizes. I kept the scale of sitts314's source. If you're interested at other scales, this is the sizing for three common modeling scales: 1:3125 = 0.294 (this is the scale of the Starline 2500 gaming miniatures) 1:2500 = 0.363 (a small common trek modeling scale) 1:1600 = 0.574 (another common modeling scale) I wouldn't recommend trying anything lower than 1:3125.
