Pull up on the Hue until the diffuser snaps on.3D Printed Replacement Diffuser for Philips Hue To make the diffuser in the picture, I used transparent ABS on a home-built Prusa i3. My printer is nicely calibrated, and did the walls of the diffuser in two runs per layer after the first few layers. The ABS sticks nicely and I can apply pressure on the sides to elastically bend the diffuser without breaking it. I used a concentric fill pattern in Slic3r to generate the g-code.
