This my second version of the X-axis idler-pulley-mounting, with a belt tensioner added. This device allows moving the idler in all directions you need. In addition, it is thereby also possible to use different pulley sizes. It works fine together with my X-axis motor-mount which can be found here (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:253741). This accessory is the preparation for the update of the Y-axis to GT2 belt transmission. Info: There´re two versions of the outrigger. -one with my own support for overhanging areas -one without support - it´s your choice You need: 8x M5x16 bolts 9x M5 nuts 1x M5x30 bolt (best stainless steel) 2x M3 bolts with nuts 2x M5 washer 2x 625 bearings pulley with 5mm axis diameter Push the M3 nut in the idler-outrigger and screw in the M3 bolt first. Then plug the inlay on the M3 bolt before you insert the ball bearings. Use the long M5 bolt as axis for your pulley mounted between the bearings. For more information, take a look on the 3D image
