Death Watch Mandalorian Gauntlets MKII (Male) with Integrated Hinge. They are a mirror image of the Bo Katan and a close match to the gauntlets used by most male deathwatch in Star Wars the clone wars season 5 The hinge has been designed to use a common bicycle spoke as the hinge pin. You can buy these from bike shops for $2 and cut to size. The model has been modified with supports to minimize curling on the base. these will need to be removed after printing. I advise using supports to print the hinge section cleanly, no more than 5% overhang should be enough. They will print without supports but will be a bit messing around the hinges. Both sides need to be glued together. I find the best way to do this is to sand the surface and ensure both sides are level. then in a shallow dish use acetone to melt the ends and fuse each side together. to not leave the abs in the acetone for any more than 3 seconds.
