After being Inspired by one of my favorite games, Goldeneye 007 (N64), the PIR video by John Park, and the MAKERBOT Contest, I came up with the idea of combining one of Goldeneye\'s weapons with the PIR sensor circuit, and the result was this \"PIR Proximity Mine.\" I designed it in 3DS Max, using standard measurement units (feet/inches). The Center \"bulb\" is the PIR sensor which I did a little math to cut out a hole in the housing to allow the sensor through. The 4 red Leds surrounding the PIR are fitted into holes cut for 5mm LEDs. Basically this is a project housing for the PIR sensor/arduino circuit. Forget those boring square motion sensors in your house, Imagine having this intimidating sensor installed on your wall!
