I was having trouble with print jobs not sticking to my Thing-O-Matic's heated build platform. and read that reducing airflow (drafts) would help. So I cut plexi-glass windows to cover the openings on the sides and back of the TOM, and printed a set of these clips to hold them in place. Seems to help! I did the original design in Rhino (http://www.rhino3d.com/). I've included the Rhino file (.3dm) as well as an IGES version so you can edit it if required. I'm not certain what file formats are the most popular. Let me know if there's a different format that is better. This design worked well with 2mm plexiglass, and obviously would need to be adjusted for other thicknesses. The "windows" don't seal off the build area completely, but they do reduce the airflow while still allowing you to view your print job. It seemed to keep the build area warm and "cozy" and improve adhesion to the heated build platform.
