I wanted to have a play around with some techniques I'm not used to and so produced this. It started life as a sphere in Meshmixer which I deformed. I then imported it into Meshlab where I put the holes through it and then from fear of how MakerWare would fill it with support material, I then put it back into Meshmixer to create easy to remove support material. I have uploaded two files, one with support material and one without.I printed the model that already has the support material in it at 0.2mm layer height on a rep 2, standard MakerWare settings.
