A system for easily and quickly mounting glass plates to the HBP. This idea is the outgrowth of a group buy coordinated on the MBO Google Groups. I'll never have to print with Kapton tape again! THIS THING IS A WORK IN PROGRESS - THERE ARE STILL TWEAKS COMING - UPCOMING CHANGES INCLUDE CAPTIVE SPRINGS Printing Instructions: Print with 2 shells and 10% infill. Requires 2 springs 1.25x.3x.032 wire (McMaster Carr http://www.mcmaster.com/#catalog/118/1220/=kfvnod) Note: Plate 'plunger' is printed upside down.** REQUIRES THE USE OF A 'Z-AXIS TRICK' CLIP OF AT LEAST .4" TO COMPENSATE FOR HEIGHT OF GLASS AND ADDITIONAL .1" FOR BRACKET.Installation: Power down machine (disconnect power supply just to be sure) Remove HBP Unscrew bots attaching alumium plate to HBP Pass screws through bracket Reattach bolts, loosening 1/2 turn after finger tight to allow for plate expansion. Install plunger with springs
