As the full model became available for free some time ago, it may be helpful for some to know the printing parameters I use: ABS layer height: 0.2mm or better 0.15mm temps (for ABS): bed-95 degC, hotend-225 degC nozzle diameter: 0,4mm speeds: external outlines: +- 40mm/s other outlines and infill: +- 90mm/s Here you download the test element (front grill) letting you to finetune your printer - in case you'd like to make complete model :) You can download the complete set of STL's here: http://www.instructables.com/id/3D-Printable-locomotive-for-LEGO-gauge/ I made it some time ago for my sons.
