I liked the concept of the modified AO-101 enclosure for the 120MM fan but I ran into several issues. -Bolts too tight getting in andout: Increased the holes size and counter sink size. Also utilized longer bolts. -Fan kept getting hit by the wires: Added a fan shield on the inside. I also made the enclosure deeper, offset it from face, utilized heat set nuts to secure the fan (snug enough that these aren't really needed) and made the opening large for the exit. . After printing you can utilize 3mm short heat set nuts. These are optional as the enclosure may be snug enough to hold the fan in place without them.. If any debris is in the screw hole, ream with a drill before trying to secure it.
