This kit redirects the motherboard cooling intake to the side of the machine to draw in cool air instead of warm air from inside the printer. This works with the $15 Replicator Enclosure. Or, optionally download the manifold with no flange for a cleaner looking intake port.Hopefully this will save some voltage regulators from failing.Print out the manifold and duct with supports and carefully remove the supports from inside the manifold with needle nose pliers.Use a file to widen the intake manifold slots until it is big enough to fit in the Replicator corner window. You may have to use diagonal cutters to remove a notch from the fan duct where it meets the triangular hole in the replicator floor for cable clearance.Use your "print remover" to loosen the double-stick tape used for the Y-axis cable guide and reposition it about 1 inch higher.Install the intake manifold.Remove the Replicator bottom cover and remove the fan bolts. The fan stand-offs will not be used.Re-install the motherboard fan using the new fan duct.I uploaded a no flange version of the manifold for a cleaner look. If anybody has any suggestions for modifications, let me know and I'll see what I can do.
