There will be a good amount of support material and it will take some time to remove. To remove any material within the joints, carefully bend the joint until and the support will start to crunch and break away. It is important that he is cooled completely before performing this step, otherwise the parts will bend and he might break. After you move the joint back and forth a few times all the little bits of material will fall out. His mouth will probably be stuck shut at first. Insert a small screwdriver and pry it open, being careful not to break any teeth. To get the eyes to turn for the first time, you may need to wiggle them with a pliers. There may be a difficult-to-remove layer of support material on the roof of his mouth. Gently insert the tip of an exacto knife between his teeth and twist to pry it away.
