Intro The goal of this project was to make a simple and clean utility blade holder. This utility blade holder is quick printing (20 minutes), lightweight, and strong. When no other option is available, this should work in a pinch. Version 2 blade will fit tightly. The ability to use nuts and bolts is optional. Provided you allow the blade to be a permanent part of the knife, you can use ABS slurry to glue in the pins. Version 1 is pictured. Please note different handle cutout. Version 2 holds the blade slightly on bottom to prevent falling out. Featured picture credit to CatoNatta. Parts List Use Not for use on people. Do not use as weapon. I am not responsible for your recklessness with this thing. Change List v1: Initial release v2: Handle cutout changed. Under-blade holder added.Print body with butt of knife on platform. 10% fill, 2 shells should be fine. Print filled for a stronger knife body. Finish by attaching pins to body, and gluing with ABS slurry. Alternatively, use M3 nuts and bolts.
