This is the model of a British Mark IV Tank (with some details from a Mark V) from World War 1. There are some parts missing, like the unditching bar and its rails, for simplified printability. I left out the gun barrels too, to add them later with some material from the workshop. I separated the Tank into four parts. I don´t like the quality from my supportmaterial connected faces, so i tried to avoid support. For that reason, i cut the hull in half and turned the lower hull upside down. The cut line is not exactly horizontal, but from the tip of the nose to a flat area in the back. I added four pins, to help in glueing the parts together. These pins are cut in half too and lie flat on the bed. For some reason two pins are not connected with the hull, but it works without them. They end up inside holes underneath the track parts. This model is based on „psychotron“s 2008 „mark IV“ from the Sketchup 3D-Warehouse. All credits for the base model go to him. https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/model.html?id=b0f5ed1f39f70dd622e4c9baf429eb0a I printed the two tracks together and the two parts of the hull in another print. In ABS i had some warping issues so i superstitiously printed a one cm skirt around it to avoid "wind". But there is room to improve my printing setup and room situation. If slightly warped, the parts can be forced together with clamps for glueing. Because of the flat angled top of the hull, you recognize clearly the layer steps. OK for a "tank" but not perfect. I think if you have a good finish of the support-connected faces, you could print the hull or even the whole tank in one piece. OrdBot, 0.2mm layerhight, o.5mm nozzle, ABS, no support, in part with 2 and 3 perimeters, 40% infill, 236° / 102°
