Customized Lamp base with LED ring, microphone, light sensor and temperature and humidity sensor.Because i love this incredible lamp, i am trying to improved (if this is even possible...).So, i added a couple of things:-new lamp base holding a controllable LED ring -Microphone in order to control the LEDs by snapping fingers (or shouting at it...up to you) -Light sensor to control LEDs intensity (and for future automation) -Temperature and humidity sensors (for future upgrade to adjust LED colors based on Temp and Humidity....kind of weather lamp)The lamp will go thru different modes by snapping fingers: -candle light -green -blue -red -pink -white -mood lamp (will change slowly colors) -off mode (no light that is...)I post there the below:-Google sketch of the lamp base without decoration. But, do not try to print it yet...i kind of screw up the top of the walls (they go close to zero thickness...it's a miracle i managed to print it..) -Arduino sketch to control the LEDs -STL of the inside LED "bulb" + LED ring holder -STL of the Lamp base after tinkering it on TinkercadBoth the "final" lamp base and the bulb are availlable for modification on Tinkercad (search for Kyoxilbuzz).As you will see, the tinkercad includes the beautiful owl from satoshi (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:29602).Things i will continue with this base lamp are: -solving this thin wall thing for easier print -make the base less basic. i have in mind of making a tree shape, and add more animals around it. -make the electronics smaller to fit inside the base -of course, making the flower to open automatically...as i really suck at mechanics, that might takes a while :)
