A simplified nurby seagull. A test to see how much detail was preserved at half table size.This is item 8 for me. It was mainly a test of how much resolution and the effect of large area raft and external support on a model with delicate features. Tested how strong the adhesion of the raft to the table would be. Very good and very tough to get off. Learning to not try to tear off raft and/or supports, just get little edges loose at a time. So this is a work in progress. Didn't sand or try to finish end product. Looking at the photo, the straightness of the beak is a little bit left of the support. Models like this probably turn out with much better resolution by splitting them in half. Super glue works fantastic on ABS and PLA.
