This frame is the official vanilla alu-version, modified to be 3d-printable. Frame thickness is 24mm in Y, inner thickness is 6mm to make sure all bolts keep fitting. I included the source SolidWorks 2014 drawing, so you can easily make modifications. It also includes connector blocks which can be glued, I recommend "Bison Hard Plastic Glue", and to print it in PLA for stiffness. The build plate will be added too, I'm still working on this. The best way to print this is to cut the STL with netfabb, in pieces that fit your printer's build envelope. It would be nice to have some feedback, so if you make one, please post a picture :) I will make a taller version of this (in Z) because the reason for me to build a RepRap is to get an affordable printer that can print large pieces in PLA.
