This is a holder for a Hitachi 14.4V drill and it's accessories. The model name is DS14DBL(HW). It came as a complete set with two batteries, quickcharger, a handle and the drill. Probably not in sale anymore as they have moved on to higher voltages and new models. But these are good machines that work for years, so why not have a mount for easy access if you got one of these? It was made to be screwed onto a metal pegboard with 12x12mm (0.47 inches)hole spacing. Holes are 4.6mm (0.18 inches) and the screw head is about 9mm (0.35 inches) in diameter. But you can just as well put it on a wall to. The battery holder can also be used as a pretty rugged battery cap if you need an easily replaceable cap you don't have to worry about losing.Drill holders: Just print lying down for the drill holders. No supports needed. Battery holder: I printed it on the side with supports and raft to get maximum strength in the direction the battery would be interfacing with it. Handle holder: I printed this in two halves as that allowed for supportless printing with no mess. Glued the halves together afterwards. Glue is your friend (As long as you don't breathe it or eat it): Get some good glue and familiarise yourself with using it. Gluing allows for more advanced designs that are strong in the directions you need. Glue containing http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Butanone (MEK) works on both PLA and ABS. It basicly welds plastics together by dissolving it. It is sold as "Universal glue" here in Norway. Cheap and effective. It will dissolve plastic gloves and can be messy if you don't plan things ahead, but does not glue skin together like cyanoacrylates and it's pretty easy to wash off. Use in a well ventilated area and preferably with a solvent filter mask. It's not healthy stuff, but not to bad either. Spray paint is probably way worse for you. As with all such things just use protection gear and avoid exposure to fumes etc.
