This is an improvement on babozor318's original leatherman holster design, which was originally inspired by an episode of Tested's One day builds with Adam Savage. I started by adding the block to the back and cutting out an angled belt loop. The angle just makes it a little easier to reach in all circumstances. I printed out the original with my belt loop added and it wan't even close to being able to fit the leatherman wave. After measuring the printed case, leatherman, and the stl in rhino, I decided to stretch it out by 2mm to accomodate the thickness of the leatherman. Now it fits perfectly. I've done 2 versions, a Right Handed and a Left Handed. The only difference being the angle of the belt loop. At some point I'll upload a version that fits wider belts. Edit: The current version's belt loop accepts belts up to 33mm wide. I printed it upright, on a raft, and used supports at a 65 degreee threshold (no support for overhangs shallower than 65 degrees). This ensured that there were no supports inside the belt loop - they aren't necessary in there. I strongly recommend doing an acetone vapour bath to strengthen this part if you print it out of ABS. It also makes it look great.
