Santa Puzzle Ornament can be used as a Christmas Tree Ornament, Christmas Present Gift tag (see below), super sized necklace pendant, coaster, refrigerator magnet, or whatever else you can think of. Print one and have fun assembling it with your kids, grandkids, family and / or friends. There are small pieces that could be a choking hazard, so adult supervision during assembly is recommended for those under the age of 50 or so. Thanks to my wife Lora and her sister Rita for their much appreciated design. Santa's toy bag and chest area were left clear of any design elements so that the recipients name, date, etc., could be written by hand using glitter ink. Designed using Sketchup Make 2015, and printed in PLA on a Makerbot Replicator 2 using Makerware 2.3.3.42 "Standard" (.2mm layer height, 2 shells, 10% infill) settings.Print one each of "Black.stl", "Red.stl", "White.stl" and "Grey.stl". Press the red pieces, followed by the white and finally grey into "Black.stl" as illustrated in "Assembly.skp". Sand, file and / or trim the pieces as necessary to fit remembering that the pieces are designed to fit snugly in order to remain in place. Depending on your printer settings and color selections, more or less sanding, filing and / or trimming may be necessary. A small wooden mallet or hammer may be helpful in during assembly.
