Holy Super Folding Bat Hanger!!!! Can you just imagine how embarrassed Batman would be if every time he had respond to the bat signal, he had to stop and iron his cape? I can just hear Catwoman saying "Batman, you look purrrrrrrfectly divine". Even the most dastardly criminals would be envious. Perfect for travel, this hanger can be folded to take up less room in your luggage. Small enough to fit into a car glove box so when you need to hang something on that tiny little hook the car companies provide, this is ready to go to work.You can print all pieces separately, or you can print using the setup build plate. It will fit on the Rep2. I recommend using at least 25% infill for strength. You will find there is a built-in support on the hook that will need to be removed. Some sanding may be required depending on the print. I found I needed to sand down the pin a little near the bumps. After printing all pieces, Align the wings, and slide the pin down from the top. The hook is setup as a twist lock. Hold the hook with the two down pieces so they are along side of the hinge bump. This will prevent the hanger from collapsing onto itself when in use. Turn the pin from the point end to lock it into the hook. Once everything is in place, glue the point to the hinge pin. If everything is aligned correctly, each time you set it up, the pin will be straight on the bottom.To collapse, just twist the pin from the point end, remove the hook and fold the wings. The Hinge pin cannot be removed after full assembly.
