This version of the I3 Rework / Wilson X-Carriage should be functionally identical to mrice's Wilson one but for T2.5 belt (his is for GT2). On the aesthetics, I kinda went a bit nuts and chamfered various edges to give the final object smooth edges. Thanks for looking and hope this helps someone out.I printed this in PLA with 0.75 infill, 0.4 mm nozzle @190C, Bed @ 40C, and my usual smear of glue stick to help the first layer hold. I used Repetier 0.95F / Slic3r 1.0.0RC2. It sliced fine, but one of the recesses to the left of the lower LM8UU got filled in a bit. it didn't affect the final print so I went with it. One day I will try it with a newer Slic3r. I used M4 pan head pozidrive screws to bolt the extruder on, The heads were a little to large for the design, so i had to spin them in a drill & file them to reduce the head size a little.
