This mod was specifically designed to fix the problem of y-axis wobble in the Two Up. These pillow blocks raise the bed about 3mm and allow 4 linear bearings to support the y-axis. This removes most of the wobble experienced due to the moment exerted by the belt on the right side of the table. You need to buy 2 more LM8LUU bearings for this mod. 16 M4 screws and 16 m4 nuts 12 M3 screws and 12 M3 nuts This mod is completely removable! This was made to fix a common problem. If you wish to use 4 bearings print 2 of the dual pillow blocks and 2 of the dual pillow blocks in a mirrored orientation. You can also experiment with using 3 linear bearings using the single pillow block. Once printed mount your bearings using the M3 screws and nuts. This will allow the case to shrink around the bearing. Arrange the pillow blocks into the slots in the wood frame for alignment. Mark and drill 16 M4 holes. Insert pillow blocks and slide 8mm shaft through the bearings to ensure perfect alignment and bolt down. PRINTING ADVICE. if you are having issues with the print pulling up on the first layer try using a 1mm brim. This will cause the small slot to fill up and makes it much easier.
