Vacuum spindle adapter for http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:238329 and maybe others using Adapter #1 from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:536091 The spindle mount from the CNC vacuum mount and adapter doesn't really work with the portal cyclone cnc. The vacuum tube is too high and the 52mm clamp design made the Z axis travel shorter. Long story short, The adapters needed help. On my 400 watt spindle, there was a 4x34mm bolt circle on the bottom which is a great mounting spot for the portalcyclone. I also designed a hose support to help as a strain relief on the vacuum hose.Printed from PLA. The Adapter #1 should be printed with a LH .15mm (per the original instructions). The rest of the pieces can be printed with a .3mm LH and 25%+ infill. My spindle had 4mm holes tapped so I used 4x10mm screws to hold the vacuum adapter in place.
