Many thanks to IdeaForm3d for his model
I scaled it up 200% and cut into parts repaired I used dremel drill to cut out some infill to lose some weight (for 9g servo) then glued together.
Plan is to put servos in and attach limbs etc..
when i get time between other projects.
Those eyes total freak out my son so maybe use ninjaflex eyelids with servo movement to.... Thanks again IdeaForm3d
Fan built Update:
Added the collar stl with no middle as i want to put servo rods in for movement (if you print it use support as base is curved) used Meshmixer, Netfab to cutout middle. I printed PLA 0.20 layer height and 10% infill with support but it does not use to much for me 16 hrs first part and 6 hrs second part. I think would look better white ABS with acetone vapour bath (maybe next time).
