If you have a Makita compact cordless drill (1/2", though it probably works on the 3/8" and 1/4"versions too), you know it will come with a small flat/phillips head bit that is just loose in the box. I like to keep that attached to the drill when not in use, else it be lost, so I created this little attachment that sits on top and holds the bit in place (tension).Just go ahead and print it. I've included the original STL file as well as a 200 micron layer (0.2mm) gcode file for the Printrbot Simple Metal (10 minutes to print). I also included the original SketchUp 2015 file for those who want to mess with it.
