I made it in 3 parts for ease of print. Weight is exactly the same as the original door. I had to change the led as the original was embedded real tight, shouldn't be too hard to integrate the original led if you manage to remove yours. I got mine from http://www.goodluckbuy.com/pixhawk-rgb-usb-module-external-led-indicator-for-pix-flight-controller.html used an m3 screw to secure the the triangle piece to the door and hot glue to secure the led cover to the triangle piece.
