Andy's testing Y carriage, Printed beautifully updated version coming soon, this is from the same Andy who created this, http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:594392. Modified and rounded with slight changed to dimensions for stenghth and fit. This is a first attempt modifing this design by Andy. The arms and overall model was curved/rounded in stress areas to re-enforce it's structure, and some were aesthetically more pleasing. Printed with 30%min+ infill, 2-3 shells, ABS oe PET+ Med-Slo speeds with raft/support laying on the OPEN side. The file was saved in the position it should be printed in to save time and material, however printing in the vertical position might yield a more solid results. *Original file is in the vertical position Y_Carriage_L_2.1.STL Best of luck.
