This is a simple tripod adapter for the Kinect that requires only one non-printed part, a 1/4" x 20tpi jam nut.I'm marking this as a work-in-progress because some skeinforge configs don't like the STL file. Mine complains but my Makerbot Cupcake prints the right thing, so it's probably not going to stall anyone else's printer.Print out one of each file. If you're printing on a cupcake, it's easiest to print these on their side -- the two holes at the center are small enough relative to the rest of the piece that they won't collapse. The notch for the cord will be messy, but you can clean that up with a knife. Before assembling, use a hobby knife to open up the holes for the bolt and the nut. They're undersized so that it's easy to get a custom fit.Put the piece with the jam nut on the Kinect first, then slide the other piece over it. When the holes are lined up, screw in your tripod bolt and you're done.
