This part replaces the existing end piece on the Black Diamond Ultra Distance Z-Pole, making compatible with any Black Diamond powder baskets.Cut the existing plastic end piece off. Don't cut the carbon. Unscrew the existing metal tip. Insert the metal tip into the narrow end of the new adapter and drip some super glue down from the wide end. Glue the adapter on to the end of the trekking pole. Screw on off the shelf powder basket.
