You guys seemed to like the knob I made back in October (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:492476), so I decided to give it another go and see if I could improve on some of its flaws; namely, that it sticks out way too far and makes your Rift look like Frankenstein's monster. The new knob is much less conspicuous and I like it more than the old one. It has some drawbacks though. Because I painted my old knobs and superglued them to the Rift, they left a thick layer of crud when I removed them and that threw off my measurements. I used the dimensions of a nickel instead, but the results aren't perfect and the new knobs cannot be press-fit. You'll need glue if you want them to stay put. They also partially block your view of the little tick marks that show you how far in/out you've set your eye relief, but that's more of a minor inconvenience than a deal-breaker.
