Small hole in the top is for pressing the reset button with a paperclip.Print with 0.2mm layer height and supports enabled when printing the top. After printing, lay a piece of 200+ grit sandpaper on a flat, hard surface and sand down the top of the bottom piece and the bottom of the top piece, so that the two pieces will fit together flush. You will need two M4-0.7 pan-head screws, between 6 and 10mm in length to secure to to sides together.
