Cover that goes around the base and top of baluster.This baluster shoe is for 1/2" type balusters. I found that of the three types of baluster I bought, the 1/2" size varies a few thousands of an inch. Not sure if it is the paint on them or different manufactures. Depending on the type of baluster, I found printing actual size, or scale to .98 or .96 worked on the three sizes I bought. This will create a "friction fit". Additionally I found printing them at a 45 degree, (around the Z axis) I stopped any hangover issue. (This may be something with my printer.) The "Multiply" feature of ReplicatorG also makes printing several at a time possible. It is not necessary faster, however I can start a job and when it's done, I have 8 without any interaction with the printer. I found printing at .2mm using "no raft"and hair spray I could print 8 in 4 hours with no printing issues.
