I've been collecting some old Sega Mega Drive games, but most of them don't come with cases. There are some mass-produced options for replacement cases, but I don't live in an area where it's practical to get them delivered (they would end up being quite expensive with shipping) So I've designed a simple 2-part plastic box to securely hold the cartridge in place, which can be covered with a printed paper sleeve for shelf-display. Cartridges licensed/manufactured by Sega are a certain shape and fit sideways in the box (same orientation as the original boxes), the other popular style was designed by Electronic Arts, and fit in the other set of clips. Accolade also made some carts that fit in the EA clips, but there were a few other niche ones that may or may not work. I don't have access to any Sega-manufactured carts for the Japan region (which are smaller), but there's a good chance they'd fit in the EA clips, since those carts were designed to be region-free.Printing tips: After printing, you will need to make some cover art:
