Note: It seems there may be a new version of the PCB. Before you try this design, please also look at this modified version: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1202909This is a case for the DSO138 digital oscilloscope. This single channel 200kHz bandwidth 1 Ms/s oscilloscope is very simple, and is mostly meant as a learning tool. Which is fine, but I think it may even be quite useful as a simple field oscilloscope for many applications. I have therefore created this case which enables fully portable battery powered usage, which the original design did not provide for. The battery version requires an SPDT toggle switch, and a 9V battery clip. The wiring should be done in accordance to the supplied diagram. A hoop protects the switch from being accidentally turned on. There is also a variant of the case without a battery. The oscilloscope is available in kit form from http://www.jyetech.com/Products/LcdScope/e138.php and also from Banggood http://www.banggood.com/DIY-Digital-Oscilloscope-Kit-Electronic-Learning-Kit-p-969762.html You will need 3 each of button1, 2 of slider1, 1 of button2 and 1 of slider2 (upper position). The slider buttons may need some internal cleanup. Do not use force when placing them over the PCB switch slider arms. You can consider adding labels to the switches, but it may not really needed since the display reflects the actual settings. For best effect, the LED should be mounted so that it extends to the same height as the LCD (see picture).Should print without support, and with not too much cleanup. If warping is an issue, you may consider adding a brim. The top section should be printed upside-down.
