For a graduate course I was doing I needed two webcams that would produce rectified (no rotation and only translation along 1 axis) stereo images.To compensate for any imperfections in camera positioning there are adjustment screws to change the camera angles as needed.First you will need to obtain 2 Microsoft lifecam VX-3000 webcams or modify the parts to fit your webcam (I have included the NX6 part files if you want to use those).Print one each of center_base.stl and side_base 1 and 2. Print 2 camera_base.stl and button_replacement.stl and clean up all of the parts.Connect the center and side parts using 3mm filament as a hinge and using the pictures figure out where to place the screws, springs and nuts for adjustment. The spring is over the M3 screw providing a constant force between the screw head and nut.To mount the cameras, the case needs to be disassembled. The button_replacement does just that, replaces the button on top. In doing so it provides a good anchor point and removes that awful button that you would accidentally press 100 times otherwise. When you are removing the tilt bracket that came with the camera save the screws and use them to attach the camera_base to the camera.Using 4 more M3 screws attach the camera to the base and also install the last 2 screws, springs and nuts as seen in the pictures.
