This thing has a clamp for attaching to the pipe on a Maker Table (see http://blog.makezine.com/archive/2006/05/anatomy-of-a-maker-table.html) but can attach to similar things with pipes. I used it to hold my glue gun and heat gun.The OpenSCAD file has parameters you can set at the top. You'll probably want to adjust the size of the rings. There's a gap in the ring that clamps to the pipe to make it easier to snap on, and you'll probably want to adjust that too.
