Our wooden bird feeder fell apart so I redesigned in and printed one. The bird feeder will print without any support. I printed the roof with a brim and manual supports added in Simplify3D along the roof line support beams.The bird feeder will print without any support. I heated up the filament with heat gun to straighten it and then made blobs on both ends to prevent it from going back through the holes.
