Replaced a TOM MK7 Extruder with a sponsored customed made hot end. Rebuild a new aluminium plate for holding the hot end. Redesign the mechanics instead of using minimalistic mk7. 30May2015 - Deign is Final. Working Like charm. 1June2015 - There was an error on Drawings. Fixed Fanduct, thin platform aluminium plate and 4.5mm hot end holding block.Most part are printed using ABS plastics. Shell = 1(Small Parts4 & 5), 2 and 5(for big parts) infill = 50% You may need to transfer some parts from your old existing MK7 extruder like thermostat, Thermocouple and Fan. You will need an 1" M3 bolt for the spring adjustment on the right side (figure it yourself)
