Allows a large filament spool to be used on a Fabtotum fabricator. This is a respin of shomar's excellent one at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:649462, but I had some parts from an old inkjet printer on hand, so I used one of the rods from that printer which are smaller than the one that shomar designed for. Also includes the scad files to allow you to specify the diameter of any rod you might have on hand.Find a rod, change the "rodDiameter" value in SpoolStandAssembly.scad to match the diameter of the rod. It is set up for a standard 608 bearing for rollerblades/skateboards. You can order these online from ebay or amazon. Snap one half of each stand side onto the bearing and then press the assembled stand halfs plus bearing into the base. Slide your metal rod through the hole. Mine was a little tight so I drilled the hole a little larger. If you use the same type of rod that I did, the rubber rings that were used to move the paper though the inkjet printer are removable and can be fitted on either side of each stand assembly to stabilize the stands position on the rod.
