(design) i was going for a life boat design i started out with a rectangle hollowing out the middle use a smoothing effect to make the edge round use a cylinder with rounded ends connect it to the boat (functionality) life boat design was obvious because the design is already water worthy the 2 bast on the side will add more weight capacity as they technically have small air pockets inside because of 3d printing algorithm. (printing) the joints may be very thin so be careful cleaning out the print.
