I replaced my Ruckus headlights with an LED bar and wanted the front end to be a little less bare than the plain battery box. This part fits between the headlight mount holes perfectly and looks like something or other, I dunno. I just wanted to remove some unused space.I printed in ABS at 20% infill and treated the finished product with a layer or two of bondo spot putty. Primed then painted with krylon textured. I spaced it one m5 flat washer's width so the paint couldn't bond to the battery box (Its ABS as well, BTW).
