This is part #765 for silverware basket, WD28X10177 (AP3860905) These things have tiny little tabs that serve as axles which fatigue and break. I made this replacement for my own dishwasher, and enlarged the holes to accept silverware with wider handles. Suggested print material is ABS for heat resistance and durability in the dishwasher.Measured the OEM item and went through several iterations to match the original.
