This is a simple extruder designed to fit the E3D V6 hotend. Feel free to make modifications to the design! Some extra parts are needed such as M3/M5 bolts, direct drive extruder gear, 3/8" ID x 5/8" OD radial bearing, and a large spring. If you try out this design, it would be great if you could add it to "makes"! :) Note: Files containing "UpDated" have changed tolerances in places like the bolt holes, and hotend mount. ie. if your printer doesn't give exact inner diameters on round holes. The CLAMP file connects to the main BASE file with two M3 bolts. The E3D hotend should fit snuggly between the two. The LEVER file is attached to the base via one M3 bolt. The M5 bolt goes between the hole made by the BASE and CLAMP and then goes through the LEVER, with a spring. Refer to pictures for more details.
